ADDRESS CORRECTION
For shipping address correction contact Customer Support at customersupport@heatherlabella.com .
Customer Support is available Monday-Friday 9-5 pm Pacific Time.

Address correction will occur if order has not processed. If order has processed, we recommend placing a new order using correct address to guarantee stock availability.

A credit shall be issued after original order returns to Distribution Center as undeliverable.

EXCHANGES
Instead of requesting an exchange, we recommend placing a new order on www.heatherlabella.com to guarantee stock availability. After order placement return product to FDR Department.

Heather La Bella, Inc. cannot guarantee the receipt of identical product back for leather varies. Returned products are property of Heather La Bella, Inc. Carefully consider these facts before proceeding with return. Allow 2-3 weeks from day product is received by FDR Department for processing.

RETURNS
Heather La Bella, Inc. offers a 30-Day warranty on Nriched products. If you are not satisfied for any reason a replacement or refund will be provided on unworn and unwashed products within 30 days of receipt with copy of packaging slip. Refund consists of purchasing price minus shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for shipping cost back to FDR Department.

Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase date will not be accepted. Carefully consider these facts before proceeding with return. Allow 2-3 weeks from day product is received by FDR Department for processing.

To return a product follow the instructions detailed below:

  1. Place product in a sealed package with copy of packaging slip containing order number.
  2. Be sure name, complete mailing address, phone number and order number on packaging slip are legible.
  3. Mark packaging slip detailing reason for product's return.
  4. Send insured package by U.S. Postal Service to:

SHIPPING REFUND
If Heather La Bella, Inc. made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping charges to your credit card. For shipping charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.
